# Fensory > Fensory is a non-custodial trading MCP server and web terminal that connects AI agents to > tokenized US stocks, treasuries, gold and other commodities, spot crypto and perpetual > futures, on one account the user controls. The agent gets a scoped signing key with a > per-order cap and an allow-list of markets set by the user. It can trade. It cannot > withdraw, transfer or bridge funds. Fensory AG is based in Switzerland. The service is not > available to US persons. It is not a broker, dealer, custodian, exchange or investment adviser, and it is not registered with the SEC, FINRA or any other regulator. It does not provide investment advice or recommendations. ## Key pages - https://fensory.com/ : What Fensory is, the products that are live, and the endpoint - https://fensory.com/mcp : MCP server. Trade without the agent, fund the account, set agent limits. ## How the security model works - The agent never holds a private key. Fensory holds a scoped key that can sign trades only. - Three controls are enforced on the account rather than in the prompt: a kill-switch that disables agentic trading outright, an allow-list of markets the agent may trade, and a hard cap on the size of any single order. - Every trading tool states the asset, direction, size, price and dollar amount and waits for the user to confirm that specific action before it runs. - The exchange is the system of record. Fensory persists no orders, positions or fills. ## Content Fensory publishes daily research across three verticals (DeFi, RWA tokenization, prediction markets) at /intelligence, and comparisons, guides and glossary entries at /insights.
