Fensory vs Minara Agent
Fensory connects an assistant the user already has to a Fensory account. Minara Agent is the finance-agent runtime itself, available through its own local and hosted surfaces. If the first requirement is to keep using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Hermes or OpenClaw, Fensory is the direct route. If the requirement is one finance-specific agent that combines research, workflows and execution, Minara Agent is the broader system.
The second difference is how automation is authorised. Minara’s direct fund-moving actions preview the resolved transaction and wait for confirmation, while Autopilot can continue inside a strategy envelope after the user approves it. Fensory exposes trading tools to the connected assistant and checks the market allow-list, per-order cap, access expiry and kill switch at the account layer. One model concentrates the workflow in its own agent; the other concentrates the boundary in the account.
Every cell was checked against first-party documentation, governing terms or regulator material on 2026-10-23, never on a directory listing or another comparison. Fensory publishes this page and appears in the table.

| Product | How an action executes | Markets and instruments | Where funds and keys sit | What contains the agent | Published eligibility | Published cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Minara AgentFinance-specific agent with direct and automated execution modes | Direct fund-moving actions show a resolved preview and wait for confirmation. Autopilot can keep trading after the user authorises the strategy envelope. | Crypto spot across supported chains, perpetual futures on Hyperliquid and Lighter, supported tokenized equities, DeFi swaps and Polymarket. | Split by route. Private keys stay in the user wallet; perpetual-futures balances sit in exchange-bound sub-wallets on Hyperliquid or Lighter. | Four permission tiers, resolved-order confirmation, strategy allow-lists, drawdown and allocation limits, and an operator kill switch. | No complete country list is published for Minara Agent. The Minara app applies restricted-jurisdiction controls to trading features. | The agent repository is Apache-2.0. A universal hosted-product price is not published; venue, network and routed transaction costs can apply. |
| FensoryOursHosted MCP account for assistants the user already has | Executes | MCP: Hyperliquid spot and perpetual futures. App: tokenized US equities and treasuries, and gold | You. Tokens settle to a wallet you control, perp margin sits at the venue | a kill-switch, an access expiry, a market allow-list and a per-order cap, all enforced on the account. An order above the cap is rejected rather than trimmed | Not available to US persons. Fensory AG is Swiss | Free to connect. 0.01% to 0.05% on perpetual futures and Hyperliquid spot, nothing on tokenized equities, yields or bridging |
Every row uses the same custody, control, asset and geography fields so the comparison stays aligned.

Where it is stronger
Specific rather than generous. A comparison that cannot name what the other product does better has not understood it.
Minara Agent
Minara is stronger when the user wants a complete finance-agent environment rather than a connection layer. Its public documentation covers research, portfolio context, workflows, custom agents, direct spot and perpetual-futures actions, Polymarket, tokenized-equity routing and Autopilot. The operator can run the open-source agent, choose a model and inspect a more detailed permission system with four tool tiers. Fensory does not currently publish an equivalent open-source runtime or a general workflow builder.
What connecting actually involves
Minara Agent
Install the agent or use the Minara product, select the wallet and venue route, and review the permission mode. Direct money-moving calls simulate the action, print the resolved order and require confirmation. Autopilot is different: starting the strategy is the authorisation step, then its trades continue inside the selected wallet, universe and risk settings until the run is stopped. The user must know which mode is active because the confirmation pattern changes with it.
Fensory
Connect the hosted MCP endpoint through OAuth from a supported assistant, fund the relevant account route, and configure the market allow-list, per-order cap, access expiry and kill switch in the app. The connected assistant can inspect supported account and market data, then call the available trading tools. Tokenized equities, treasuries and yield products on the app are not the same as the current MCP execution path.
Where Fensory differs
Fensory is designed as an account and market layer for assistants the user already uses. The model conversation remains in Claude, ChatGPT or another supported client, while the account rules are checked outside that conversation. Minara Agent is the conversation, research runtime and automation layer itself.
Fensory states one clear geography boundary: it is not available to US persons. Minara applies restricted-jurisdiction controls in the product but does not publish a complete country list. A reader should verify eligibility before treating either product’s market list as available to them.
The custody question changes by instrument on both products. Fensory states that tokens and perpetual-futures margin follow different routes. Minara’s newer agent documentation says private keys stay in the wallet while perpetual sub-wallets bind to Hyperliquid or Lighter. Neither comparison is helped by reducing that structure to one generic custody label.
Which one is for you
You want to keep using the assistant you already use
Fensory. Its public setup is an MCP connection to supported external clients.
You want one finance-specific agent with research, workflows and Autopilot
Minara Agent. Those surfaces are part of the same documented product.
You want an open-source agent runtime you can inspect or run yourself
Minara Agent. Its current repository is published under Apache-2.0.
You want a published non-US eligibility rule
Fensory states that it is unavailable to US persons. Minara does not publish a complete country list, so verify access before choosing it.
You require confirmation on each direct fund-moving call
Minara documents resolved previews and confirmations for direct actions. Its Autopilot is authorised once and then trades inside the approved strategy envelope, so confirm which mode you plan to use.
Questions people ask
- Is Minara the same kind of product as Fensory?
- No. Minara Agent is a finance-agent runtime with research, workflows and execution. Fensory is an account and market layer that a supported external assistant reaches through MCP. They overlap on trading, but the user operates a different interface and control model.
- Can Fensory and Minara Agent trade perpetual futures?
- Yes. Fensory’s current MCP path reaches supported Hyperliquid perpetual futures. Minara documents perpetual-futures sub-wallets on Hyperliquid and Lighter. Both products involve leverage, funding and liquidation risk.
- Can either product trade tokenized equities?
- Minara documents supported tokenized-equity execution when a live route is available. Fensory shows tokenized equities on its app side, while the current MCP stock-named execution route uses perpetual futures. A stock symbol therefore does not prove that the instrument is a share or tokenized equity.
- Does Minara Agent require confirmation?
- Direct fund-moving tools document a preview and explicit confirmation. Autopilot uses a different model: the user confirms the strategy start, then the strategy can trade inside its approved wallet, universe and limits without a confirmation on every order.
- Which product is non-custodial?
- Neither product should be reduced to one blanket label across every route. Minara says private keys stay in the user wallet while perpetual balances use venue-bound sub-wallets. Fensory’s custody also varies by instrument, with perpetual-futures margin at the venue.
- Which product works in the United States?
- Fensory is not available to US persons. Minara does not publish a complete country list for Minara Agent, and its app applies restricted-jurisdiction controls. Verify Minara eligibility directly before relying on access.
- Which product is cheaper?
- The public pricing is not directly comparable. Fensory states a 1 to 5 bps builder fee on perpetual futures and Hyperliquid spot, with venue costs still applying. Minara Agent is open source, but a universal hosted-product price is not published and routed venue or network costs can still apply.
How this was put together
Minara Agent facts were read on its current product page, trading documentation, Autopilot documentation and permission documentation on 23 October 2026. The older minara.ai FAQ was checked separately because it describes a different built-in consumer wallet.
Fensory facts are pulled by reference from the same verified record used by the AI trading agents roundup. The comparison does not create another market, custody, fee or geography statement for Fensory.
The page distinguishes a direct confirmed action from an authorised automated strategy. Calling both either manual or autonomous would hide the control decision the user actually makes.
Fensory publishes this comparison. Minara receives the recommendation for an open-source finance-agent runtime, broader documented workflows and Autopilot. Fensory receives the recommendation for using an existing supported assistant with account-level market and order boundaries.
