What Fensory charges
Connecting is free and there is no subscription. A Fensory builder fee between 0.01% and 0.05% applies to perpetual futures and Hyperliquid spot, and there is no Fensory fee on tokenized equities, yields or bridging. Exchange, network and issuer costs are not Fensory's and are listed separately below. Fensory AG is based in Switzerland and the service is not available to US persons.

Costs that are not ours
These are charged by someone else and Fensory does not set them or receive them. They are listed here rather than folded into the schedule, because a market with no Fensory fee can still carry a spread and a network fee, and a reader who cannot tell the two apart cannot tell what we charge.
- Exchange maker and taker fees
- Charged by the venue that executes the order.
- Network fees
- Charged by the chain the transaction settles on.
- Issuer and venue spreads
- Set by the issuer or the venue, not by Fensory.
No figures are quoted for any of them. They move, they belong to other companies, and a number we do not control goes stale on this page without anyone editing it.
What the fee does not depend on
The fee is set in advance and does not depend on the outcome of a trade. Fensory supplies market access and software; every trading decision is made by you or by an agent you configure and operate. Trading carries risk, including total loss of capital, and perpetual futures can lose more than the margin committed.
Questions people ask
- What does Fensory charge?
- Connecting is free: no account fee and no subscription. A Fensory builder fee between 0.01% and 0.05% applies to perpetual futures and Hyperliquid spot. There is no Fensory fee on tokenized equities, yields or bridging. Exchange maker and taker fees, network fees and issuer or venue spreads apply on top and are shown in the quote.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. There is no account fee and no subscription. Connecting an assistant, reading market data and reading your account cost nothing, and the builder fee applies only when a trade executes on a market that carries it.
- What decides whether I pay 0.01% or 0.05%?
- The quote. The builder fee is published as a band, and the figure that applies to your order is the one shown in the quote before you commit to it. That quote is the number that binds.
- Are exchange and network fees included?
- No, and they are not Fensory's. Exchange maker and taker fees, network fees and issuer or venue spreads apply on top and are shown in the quote. They are listed separately here so the two are never confused: a market with no Fensory fee can still carry a venue spread and a network fee.
- Do I pay a fee if a trade loses money?
- The fee is set in advance and does not depend on the outcome of a trade. A fee that moved with the result would make Fensory a party to the outcome, which it is not: it supplies market access and tooling, and every trading decision is yours or your agent's.
- Who can use Fensory?
- Fensory AG is based in Switzerland. The service is not available to US persons, and eligibility is enforced at the access layer.
